Terms & Condition

  • 1- Customizations
    • a- This includes, change request in report / print format, simple listing reports which requires efforts less than 4 hours, change request which takes more than 4 hours of working will be considered as Major Customizations and will be charged as per scope of requirements
    • b- Any re-change request will be considered as major customization & will be charged accordingly.
  • 2- Regular Updates includes bug removal, inclusion of new report or new standard feature in running modules
  • 3- Advance Updates includes, changes in User Interface / Input formats
  • 4- Visit Consultancy will be provided by Core Member of GreenSoft Team for Meetings & Other important dicussions, where applicable, will be charged ₹ 6,000/- per day.
  • 5- Personal Visit Charges for Offline Training & Support where applicable will be charged at ₹ 500/- for Half Day & ₹ 800/- for Full Day.
  • 6- For any Visit outside Delhi NCR, all charges towards air fare/train fare, hotel accomodation, fooding & local conveyance will be provided by the customer.
  • 7- Developments on new modules / important new features in existing modules will be offered at additional cost by GreenSoft, Charges will depends on scope of work done by GreenSoft.
  • 8- The above mentioned cost DOES NOT includes:
    • a- Any cost required for setup of Application.
    • b- Application source pricing.
    • c- Any Cost payable to 3rd Party Integration such as SMS / GPS / eWayBill / Other Services.
  • 9- Payment Terms
    • a- Quarterly payments In Advance.
